Tallow is wonderful, but straight tallow can be firm and a little stubborn to get out of the jar. I whipped this lotion so you can just scoop it. Whipping turns that dense, rich base into something soft and fluffy that comes right out with a fingertip, with no digging and no chipping away. It's the same simple ingredients, with nothing added but air.
